We work to provide the most compassionate, highest quality, and most affordable pet cremation and pet memorial services in the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Santa Clarita areas. There’s never an easy time to say goodbye to a loved pet and family member, and to make this process as easy as possible, we’re dedicated to caring for the remains of your loved with respect and care.

How to use our service
If you’ve had a pet pass away, please do the following:
Contact us
Get in touch with us for aftercare arrangements within 24 hrs of decease taking place (Body should be in refrigeration within 24 hrs).
Schedule an appointment
Arrange a time to visit our facility, or setup a service call to pickup your pet from any location (residence, veterinary clinic, hospital, etc.)
Same day appointments available
We schedule same day appointments with direct visits or pickups (within 90 minutes from point of contact).
Please note
If we are closed and you don’t have an appointment, please leave a clear message with your callback number and fill out an online order request to secure your priority in our queue. We will make every effort to provide you with and notify you of the next availability. If we don’t return your phone call after business hours it’s due to a fully booked after hours schedule. In these cases we will prioritize you on the appointment schedule and we will contact you as soon as we open. Thank you for your patience.

For direct visits
We welcome direct visitors to our facility. If you’re visiting us, please make a note of the following visitor procedure:
Forms
- Price sheet detailing pet weight, urn choice, and keepsakes;
- Cremation authorization form.
Where to go
Please enter and visit the office on the far right hand side to collect paperwork and view keepsakes.
Receiving your loved one
We will review your cremation and memorial selection with you. A caring staff member will receive your pet (directly from your car) with a professional medical grade rolling cot and place them in our memorial room, or take them directly to refrigeration or cremation, according to your preference. Please note, direct to cremation is a priority case that is performed for an additional fee.
For pickups
If you’re scheduling a pick up, please make a note of the following pickup procedure:
We travel to you
A member of our staff travels to you and receives your pet with a professional medical grade rolling cot.
We receive your pet into our care
We care for your loved throughout the cremation and return process.
Guaranteed return time
We guarantee the cremains to be ready within three weeks (or we pay for cremations cost)
